ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item can be returned, if customer not satisfied with the Quality.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 3 Working days of receiving the item.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@ricebazzar.com / 9591667656 within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please note that we must receive your returned item within 3 Working days of return authorization.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or any one of Mode (UPI/Card/Netbanking) within 3 working days.
Refunds may take 3 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@ricebazzar.com / 9591667656 . Exchanges are subject to availability.
